Chelsea have finally finished getting paid for an outgoing transfer completed in 2020.

SportWitnessreport that Atletico Mineiro have finished paying the 1.1m that they owed us for the transfer of Nathan, one of the more underground members of the loan army of years gone by.

What a waste of time that all was! Nathan never looked for one moment like he was going to get an appearance in a Chelsea shirt, let alone become a regular. He bounced around some increasingly tiny teams and then vanished back to Brazil. When you add together the wages and the labour, this must have been a loss making exercise and thats before you consider the €4m we paid for him originally.

We wonder if an agent was getting a backhander here?
